19 ~ Lisa Curry Wants You To Rob Your Boss Pt. 1
Monday Sep 07, 2020
Monday Sep 07, 2020
Get ready for a marathon, folks. We are having this be a series because y'all aren't a Rogan audience. One of my oldest LA friends @lisa_curry came through to discuss literally everything and we spoke for 4 hours. I'm not joking - 4. Hours. So, I divided this episode up by hours, not by any logical sections. Also - her album "Alive For A While" is out this month and why not celebrate with a ton of episodes devoted to her?!
~ ~ ~
Programming note - we state she had 37 customer service jobs, when it actual fact she has had 40. This is insane. Oh and we are still meeting over Zoom and FaceTime because, you know, Corona.

18 ~ Brandie Posey Learned To Fail, Gracefully
Monday Aug 31, 2020
Monday Aug 31, 2020
This week comic and writer Brandie Posey (@brandazzle) joins us to discuss why having an additional source of income whilst working in entertainment isn't failure, but rather freedom.
*Programming note - it is 500 degrees in LA these days, so occasionally Brandie's A/C goes on in the background (as this interview is via Zoom). I was not about to have her turn that off for a mid day interview so she could suffer and roast, so please be patient. Ah, the joys of COVID!

**Programming note - we are still doing interviews via Zoom, so that will be reflected in the sound. We hate it, too.

Monday Jul 13, 2020
Monday Jul 13, 2020
This week, producer, coordinator, and manager Michelle Garris teaches us how to not be door mats and how to get what is ours. Lots of spiritual gems in this one from her history with customer service jobs. Our fave was, "the good days were when people just weren't awful to you." But don't worry - she also spills some celebrity tea...
